RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1. Requests for exchanges and returns:
1.1. Customers have a maximum of 10 days from the date of receipt of the product to request an exchange or return.
1.2. To initiate the return process, customers must contact us via WhatsApp to request the collection of the product.

2. Return shipping costs:
2.1 Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. These costs include secure and traceable shipping. Returns cost 7€, which can be paid via Bizum.

3. Return or exchange conditions:
3.1. Pack the product in the same packaging in which you received your order. To return the item, you must include all its labels and plastic covers. OTHERWISE, IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO RETURN IT. We will schedule a next business day pickup at the address you provide. Once we receive the order, we will verify that the items are in the same condition in which they were sent.
3.2. Enzofasho reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. Return or exchange process:
4.1. Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the conditions, we will process the corresponding refund. WE DO NOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS. Instead, you will receive a gift card for the value of the returned product, which is redeemable at any time and has no expiration date.

5. Processing Time:
5.1. Processing time for returns and refunds may vary and is subject to confirmation of the status of the returned product.

6. Exceptions:
6.1. No returns will be accepted and no refunds will be processed for products that do not meet the conditions set forth in this policy.
6.2. Enzofasho reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective at the time of publication on our website.
