If we are responsible for the problem, we will bear the return costs. However, if the problem is not attributable to us, the return costs will be borne by you.
If you need to exchange your order for the correct size, you can do so within 10 days of receiving the product. To start the process, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp to request the return form. It is important to note the following: Products must be unworn and, if reasonably possible, with the original tags and labels still attached. Of course you can try them on. In the case of shoes, they must be returned with the shoe box intact, if reasonably possible, and shipped in the original box.
